We would like to see our children harmoniously developed. In terms of performance, they should be coordinated, fast, strong, powerful, enduring, and flexible.
We are accomplishing it by teaching youth athletes the basic techniques and rules of various sports:
🏃🏼♂️➡️Track and field
🏀Basketball
🏐Volleyball
⚽️Soccer
🏋🏽♂️Weightlifting
Weightlifting is an effective means of improving coordination (the sequence of actions in weightlifting requires precise temporal and spatial interaction between body parts)[1],
Power (in particular, the ability to quickly increase strength, which is very important in any team sport)[2],
Flexibility (primarily in the ankle, hip, and shoulder joints)[1],
Reducing the risk of injury (increasing bone density as well as tendon and ligament strength)[2]
