πŸ€ΎπŸ»β€β™‚οΈIt starts with rope jumps, as they efficiently activate muscles of the foot and shin (especially in comparison with jogging, where the foot is placed on the track passively).

πŸƒAfterwards, movements with a wide range of motion are completed and are followed with running drills. Their content will depend on the main task of the training session: the starting step, the acceleration or the maximal speed.
