🔄Influence of physical activity during an ice hockey game on anaerobic alactic, anaerobic glycolytic, and aerobic power of ice hockey players

đź—“The game schedule in ice hockey is extremely dense. In order to efficiently develop any physical quality, a S&C / performance coach needs to know how physical activity during the game affects this quality.âť“In particular, answers to the following questions are of particular interest: is it effective to train it right after the end of the competition?, how long does it take for recovery to occur?, and when does the delayed training effect occur?

🎙In this video, we consider how physical activity during the game influences the ANAEROBIC ALACTIC, ANAEROBIC GLYCOLITIC, and AEROBIC POWER of ice hockey players immediately after the end of the game, as well as 24, 48, and 72 hours post-competition.

Thank you!
